Ruby Holley
Ruby grew up around the Groveland-Mascotte area and was the daughter of James F. and Nancy Jane Sowell.
A former student said, "She was a wonderful teacher and when he had to move to
Leesburg, he went kicking and screaming because he didn't want to leave Mrs.
Holley and Okahumpka School.
Okahumpka Grammar School 1946: Grades 1 through 4.

In her later years she moved to Plant City, Florida, when she married again and this
time to her
childhood sweetheart. She was a very sweet and kind lady.
